Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• The wrong book was delivered.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product received differs from the item ordered.

Return Request Period

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Used books
• Special-order books
• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original source of payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Option

Where applicable, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Replaced or exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.
